| Begin your search by going to
http://www.ohiolink.edu and following the link to the
OhioLINK Library Catalog. |
| To search by title click on the title radio button
above the search box. Enter your title into the search
box and click on the "Search Now" button.
Search the TITLE as a phrase beginning with the first
word. The phrase may be as short or as long as you like,
but must be precise as to wording and spelling. |
| For example, we will perform a title search on the
phrase "history of China"
| Notice all of our matching records have titles that
begin with the phrase "History of China". |
| For example, a search on the title "world
upside" |
| finds "The World Upside Down". |
| |
| For example, a search on "critical issue" finds "Critical Issue", "Critical
Issues" and "Critical Issues about
Teachers". |
| For example, a title search on the
word "nation" finds "Nation" and "The
Nation", but not "Nation and Citizenship",
"A Nation at Risk", "National
Review", and "Nations and Cultures". |
| For example, a title search on
"old jack" finds only records whose titles begin with
"Old Jack". |
| Now we will perform a keyword search within the title
field on "old jack". |
| Notice this search finds titles such as "The
Memory of Old Jack" where "old jack"
appears at the end of the title.. |
